Open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
All consultations and check-ups are on a walk basis.
No appointments or scheduling is required.
Simply visit the health center and inform the
staff about your purpose and you will be
assisted accordingly.

TOOTH
EXTRACTION
Free tooth extraction services are available every Thursday, depending on the availability of the attending dentist. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis; no prior scheduling is required.
ANTI-RABIES
VACCINATION
Residents of Santa Rosa are elligble for free anti rabies vaccinations, which will be administered based on schedule.
TB DOTS PROGRAM
The Tuberculosis Directly Observed Treatment, Short-course (TB DOTS) program is implemented in coordination with the City Health Office (CHO).
Consultations and screenings for individuals suspected of having tuberculosis are conducted at the TB DOTS Office.
