The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Tagapo is organized into several committees. These committees are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring programs and projects that promote the development and active participation of the youth in the barangay.

Central to this organizational framework is the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK), the officially recognized assembly of all registered youth residents aged 15 to 30 within Barangay Tagapo.

Established pursuant to the Local Government Code and the reforms governing the SK, the KK functions as the foundational body for the election of SK officials and serves as a critical platform for promoting youth participation in governance and community initiatives.

Through close coordination with the SK committees, the KK ensures that the aspirations and concerns of the youth are effectively represented and addressed.
